Masahiro Motosuke’s Biography

Masahiro Motosuke, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tokyo University of Science

Professor Masahiro Motosuke is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Tokyo University of Science. He received his B.S, M.S and Ph.D at Keio University. Then he worked Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Tokyo University of Science and was in Department of Micro-/Nanotechnology in Technical University of Denmark. He joined Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Tokyo University of Science as Junior Associate Professor and thereafter Associate Professor. His research interest is in sophisticated control of micro/nanofluidic behavior and including particle/cell/droplet dynamics in microfabricated devices.

Flexible Microfluidic Control for Highly Functionalized LOAC Platform

In this talk, I would like to introduce some our recent work in the development of sophisticated microfluidic control by using external-field for on-demand functionality in LOAC platform.
